WHAT MAKES THIS SPECIAL!
A few years ago my wife, Rachel, and I combined our work: a print of my original traditional oil painting and her poem. We presented each cub scout at our son’s crossing over ceremony a framed Crossover, and she read the poem to about 150 attendees, making the occasion even more momentous for every listening ear. We are HONORED to share this tribute. Since then the tribute has been one of our most sought after combined works.
Make your ceremony special, too, by having a special person in your pack or troop, read the poem at your Crossover Ceremony (all you need to do is state that Rachel Hock is the author-just don’t make copies).

You have said it all. The Scouts of America are such a great organiztion for our children. You have honored them so much with your work. Thanks you from many parents in the USA

I wish more people would find a good packs and troops, and put their children in scouts. Even though I was a boy scout myself, it wasn’t until my own son was in cub scouts, then in boy scouts, that I came to have appreciation for the what the BSA do. There are bonds there that form that always last, even when the scouts, parents, and leaders end up going different directions later on. It’s more than a commonalty–it’s a sense of pride, honor, and accomplishment.
