Cemetery Road Bridge (2009)
This covered bridge is located along side Grindell Road near the old mill just east of Yellow Springs, Ohio. The bridge was moved to this location from Cemetery Road in Yellow Springs. Since it was moved, the bridge is no longer used for vehicle traffic.
This mixed media features a canvas reproduction of the photo with borders accomplished in traditional oil.
This mixed medium is well liked by many of my patrons. This is great for special occasion gifts, events, and business nostalgia. I have completed several memory renditions for old family farmsteads, vacation resorts, and small business owners.
All that is needed is “your” selected photo from your media library or mine. I’ll reproduce on a 16″ x 20″ and add my personal oil touches in the borders.
Of course, if you’d like to experience the total “Tom Hock” style through an original traditional oil painting, I can do this too. I also paint in Gouache or traditional water color and wet-on-wet oils and use charcoal. Call me at (937) 371-1489 for more information.
