Pink Rose
Art is my life – and I am so excited to be able to share a part of it with you through my new website / blog.
I plan on showcasing new photographs that I’ve taken, as well as relating stories about my travels and family — all of which become subjects of my art, sooner or later.
This is a photograph of a wild rose that just seems to glow. I am very proud of it and it is popular among my “groupies” who follow me from art show, to art show. Check out my art show calendar. Tom,
The new rose picture is beautiful. I would like to look through the pictures you take of flowers again, and pick out some photos to create a greeting card set, if possible – could they be sent via e-mail?
I saw your work for the first time at the Sweet Corn Festival. I have since developed the slides that my Dad took, and also wanted to thank you for your help with where to have them developed.

Hello Melanie, Sorry so long to respond, I am just getting to my emails after the last long weekend. Thank you for the compliment on the rose. Yes, let’ talk–you can give me a call at 937-371-1489 and I will be glad to talk with you about customizing your order. I will also share information on getting slides and photo prints for your dad’s work. If you live in the local area, I can arrange a person-to-person meeting with you so you can view/select from my growing number of photographs, now over 200 images many of which are florals. I have even more in the camera as I type.
In addition, I will be posting quite a few more on the Tom Hock Artist website soon. Also will be at the Apple Butter Festival in Enon on 10 and 11 Oct (Note I have had to cancel the Springfield Homecoming because those festival dates changed). The Kanoe Cafe in Tipp City is featuring my work and it is available for sale through end of Oct–this display includes a few original art pieces and many of the blank greeting cards.
